About Vanessa

Hi! My name is Vanessa. Every summer growing up, I would attend a language learning camp. As I grew older, I began to work there as a counselor in training and eventually a counselor. I worked mainly with children from 3-8 years old but also worked with children up to 12 years old. My role included helping the children with assigned activities, giving emotional support, helping them get ready in between activities, making sure they ate and rested properly, and more. I really enjoyed working as a counselor and am eager to continue similar work as a babysitter! I also love to cook, keep play areas clean and organized, do light housework, and plan activities with kids to keep them engaged. I also have experience in tutoring and would be able to help with homework.
