About Vanessa

Hello! My name is Vanessa and I just completed my Bachelors degree in Psychology with the Honors Program. I moved down here to Virginia recently and am pursuing my Masters degree in Forensic and Legal Psychology. I like tutoring because it's so exciting to see the light go on in a students eyes once they understand a new concept! I'm looking for a job that works with students of all ages regarding school subjects. Expertise may change depending on grade/age of the student. I taught freshman college students in argumentative writing when I was in undergraduate. I also participated in a program with my University called "focus forward" where I worked with Middle school/High school students with their homework as well as doing activities with them after school! In my spare time, I like to hang out with my friends and am usually found working my part time job.
