Hi families! I am excited to connect with you. A little about me - I attended Penn State University and graduated in December 2021 with a BA in Integrative Arts. While there I enjoyed babysitting and spent a summer as a part time nanny. It's some of the best memories I have from my time in State College and ones I hope I never forget. I am currently a nanny to an infant and also have a variety of experience with children ranging in age from 3 months to elementary, with 1-3 children at a time in my care. As a nanny I love to be active and go on adventures as well as do fun activities inside. However, I also know that almost anything can be an opportunity for a child to learn something and that's why I find being a nanny so exciting because I get to witness the critical milestones in early childhood development firsthand!

Vanessa is warm, kind, proactive, and responsible. She was simultaneously open to my feedback while having great instincts and comfortable and skilled at working independently. She is extremely conscientious and reliable, and was equally good with my then-three year old as my 11-year old twins, forming relationships with each that last to this day. Two years later, my younger daughter still asks about her and misses her.
