About Vanessa

Hello! I'm a dedicated childcare professional from the Greensboro area excited to work with a wonderful family. My experience ranges from youth and after-school programs to private childcare, including working with children of all school ages, those with behavioral concerns and those with neurodevelopmental challenges. I also have early preschool experience with a Montessori teaching approach. I've worked at a Boys and Girls Club for at-risk youth, which has shaped me into a patient and compassionate caregiver. Additionally, my time at a Montessori-based school has expanded my care and teaching techniques, focusing on hands-on experiences and real-world skill development.
