About Vanessa

Hello! My name is Vanessa I'm 22 years old I been working in childcare for 5yrs. Currently I'm a lead teacher for toddlers in a early learning center in Bethesda Md. I have plenty experience with all ages from infants to school aged ! I'm comfortable with mixed aged groups as I've provided care for many families with different family dynamics. I love what I do because, I get to be a part of fundamental growth with the children I care for! I love watching them develop their unique personalities and how they gain independence as they grow older each day. I Also love developing heartfelt connections with the children. I come from a big ordinated family, family is everything to me. Im a big believer on a kids mind is a sponge and absorb knowledge everyday through everyday activities and play! First aide and CPR certified. Plenty of past experience with all ages !
