About Vanessa

Hello! I'm a recent Texas A&M University-Kingsville graduate hoping to become an educator. My field of study was general mathematics with a minor in chemistry. I may be very new to the field, but I've always enjoyed helping my friends, classmates, and family members with understanding their math or chemistry assignments. Since it's too late into the school year to apply for paraprofessional positions, I wish to gain teaching experience and help students outside the classroom. My aim is to tutor in more advanced math subjects, grades 6-12, since that is the where my passion for them really shines. I'm dedicated, patient, and thorough when it comes to ensuring that the student I'm helping fully understands the what they're learning. Let's get your kiddos test-ready!
