About Vanessa

I am the mother of a 9-year-old and have been a nanny in NYC for 15 years, on and off. My last / current job was with identical twins and I stopped taking care of them when they started pre-school. I still care for them some weekends and can provide references. I'd describe my personality as kind, patient, and sweet. I like working with kids because I find their curiosity invigorating. I'm looking for a job where I feel that my skills are being put to use. I am an excellent caretaker and I love helping kids develop their strengths. I started working with kids when friends needed help with their children and then I realized that I really love working with them.
