About Valery

Hi! My name is Valery, and I am a third-year college student majoring in Public Administration with a concentration in Criminal Justice. I began caring for younger children in my family when I was around 16 years old. Through those experiences, I learned the importance of patience, communication, and creating a safe and positive environment for children. I have also spent time around my autistic cousins, which has helped me understand children with different needs. I enjoy keeping children engaged through creative activities, helping with homework, and encouraging positive interactions. My goal is to make children feel comfortable, safe, and supported. In addition to childcare, I have experience pet sitting cats and dogs. I have a 5-year-old American shorthair cat, that I spend most of my time with. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family, exploring the city, and staying active. I am looking forward to helping a family that values communication and kindness.
