Hi there! My name is Valerie I'm 33 years of age. Since the age of 18 I've worked with the Elderly. In facilities or privately at their homes. Dementia, Alzheimers, physical disability, sensory impairment are some of the clients I worked with. I can help with light house cleaning, meal prep, bathing, doctor visits, exercising, or simply companionship. I am very compassionate at what I do, loving, trustworthy, with a good sense of humor.
