If I could give Valerie zero stars I would. She is the most unprofessional person that I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. On Monday August 7th she was hired for Tuesday nights to help with my grandpa (10pm-6am). She was supposed to start on August 8th at 10pm. However she texted my mom at 9:30pm saying she got a flat tire and would not be able to show up on the 8th at all. My mom gave her the benefit of the doubt and thought we would try again on August 15th at 10pm. My mom texted her on the morning of the 15th to confirm she would be there later that night, she responded "Yes, ma'am. I will be there at 10pm". At 9:15pm on August 15th she texts my mom and says she will not be able to be there and that 10pm is "too late for her". Like, why lead us on for 2 weeks saying you will be there? She saw the posting with the hours for the job, she agreed to the hours, and then she left us hanging. VERY unprofessional and inconsiderate on SO many levels. Beware if you are ever wanting to hire this lady.
