Mrs. Val came over to our house last week to meet our kids. She is so kind and compassionate and we were excited to work with her and scheduled her to come help out this week. 45 minutes before she was supposed to show up for her first day she canceled. I completely understand that life happens but it felt inappropriate the short time frame. The reasoning made me(wife) feel uncomfortable and we will not be using her services in the future. I (wife) wish her the absolute best! But I am sad in the way she handled this job. Best wishes going forward.
