About Valeria

Hi! My name is Valeria and I'm a 25-year-old graduate student pursuing a doctoral degree in clinical psychology. I have a strong background in working with children across various environments, such as schools, after-school, non-profits, and in-home care. I've worked with children ages 3-17, and have experience working with special needs/special education children. I'm very passionate about making a positive impact on children's lives by creating a safe, supportive, and engaging space for them. My approach is patient, compassionate, and individualized. I'm a strong believer of meeting people where they are and helping them grow into the person they want to be!
