About Valentina

Valentina has been working for us for the last five months. During the month of August she cared for our 4.5 year old son and our 2 year old and since September she has been caring for our 2 year old daughter and our newborn son. The only reason that Valentina is looking for work, is that we are relocating to Berkeley, CA for our sabbatical. But our loss could be your gain as this incredible caregiver is now looking for full time work. We often work from home so we have had the opportunity to observe Valentina's interactions with our children and can recommend her without any reservations. Indeed, over the years we have had many nannies for our children and she is by far the best. Every week Valentina creates a detailed program what she is going to do with the children. She has taken them to the Museum of Science, the Children's Museum and The Harvard Museum of Natural History among others. She has a lot of initiative in doing new activities with the children. One time she, for example, bought a large box with arts supplies that she brought to our house, so that she and our daughter could do different art projects. They have created dolls, flamingos, masks and funny hats. Valentina is also great with our newborn. She is very gentle and loving with him and good at calming him down if he is upset. We have been extremely happy that we found Valentina and we are more than happy to talk with you to share our experiences over email or phone.
