About Valentina

I'd describe myself as fun, caring, patient, and empathetic. I love working with kids because of their energy, creativity, and imagination. I love seeing their personalities come out and knowing I can be a positive influence and someone they feel safe and comfortable around. I've worked with children in an after-school program since 2024, and the connections I've made with my students inspired me to major in Early Childhood Development. I believe every child thrives with love, patience, encouragement, and support. I'm looking for a family that values communication, trust, and consistency, where I can build a genuine connection with both the children and parents. I enjoy planning crafts, games, and activities while understanding each child's individual needs. In my free time, I love going to the beach, trying new matcha spots, watching Netflix, listening to music, and spending time with my family. Most importantly, I genuinely care for every child I work with.
