I assisted a disabled patient in wound care, back sores, and daily activities, including taking and recording temperature, pulse, respiration rate, weight and blood glucose levels in the daily time log of the patient, simple dressing as directed, medication intake, meal planning, attending doctor appointments (speech and physical therapy, exercises, and lab tests), and other various improvement activities, while acting responsibly, compassionately, patiently, emotionally stable, and cheerful.
