Hey, there! I am an experienced nanny living in Reno. I have a bachelor's degree in speech pathology and am currently in the speech pathology master's program at UNR. I am also a Registered Behavior Technician with 3+ years working with kiddos on the autism spectrum. I thrive on learning new things, love being outside, and working with kids! I've worked with both boys and girls, multiple kids at a time, newborns to teens, as well as children with autism and other developmental disabilities. My general approach with children (depending on age) is play-based and love to get outside as much as possible. I am flexible with my approach and feel that consistency, structure, and FUN are imperative to helping little ones grow and thrive.
