About Vaishnavi

Nurturing a child's growth and supporting families through reliable, dedicated care is my true passion. With three years of experience caring for children ages 1 to 12+, I pride myself on being a patient, creative, and approachable caregiver. I hold First Aid Training and am very comfortable enforcing your established household rules to ensure consistency. I love engaging children through outdoor sports, board games, and educational activities that spark curiosity. Whether we are working on crafts or traveling together, I focus on making a positive impact every day. I prioritize your preferences for communication, providing regular updates via text, phone, or written reports. **Summary** I am a patient and creative caregiver with three years of experience who is committed to providing reliable, structured, and fun support for your family.
