About Utshaa

Hi! My name is Utshaa. I work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and have hands-on experience supporting children with autism in structured settings. I'm skilled at helping kids build daily living skills while always seeking to meet them where they are. I'm comfortable with household chores and responsibilities, including cooking, cleaning, and keeping spaces organized. I enjoy helping families maintain a calm, functional home environment. I'm also confident with teaching and tutoring, and I love incorporating creativity, especially multimodal art, into learning and play. I have a BA in psychology, and I'm multilingual and speak English, Bengali, and Hindi, which has been helpful in connecting with children and families from different backgrounds. I am CPR and First Aid certified, and while I don't have a car, I have reliable transportation and always plan ahead to be on time. I look forward to connecting with you!
