About Urszula

My transition to the healthcare sector started with working as a med passer in nursing homes. I currently serve as a Director of Housekeeping in a nursing home. In addition to overseeing housekeeping operations, I take on the roles of manager on call, assist with event coordination, and conduct tours for prospective residents and their families. On a personal level, I have also provided care for my own parents and most recently, I have been a caregiver for my mother during her home hospice care. These experiences have deepened my understanding of the challenges faced by individuals undergoing medical treatment and reinforced my commitment to providing compassionate support during difficult times.
