It is very hard to try to put into words the value Ms. Ursula brings to our family. We 1st hired Ursula to provide care for my mother in law because of her experience in home health & medical assisting but as her care for mom grew she began performing beyond the call of duty by preparing meals fit to moms dietary restrictions with having diabetes and being in kidney failure. My family instantly fell in love with her home cooked meals because I cannot cook. Ursula’s baked macaroni and candied yams won my children's hearts. After years of caring for my family in various capacities Ursula is my GO-TO care taker for a periodic helping hand and through long military deployments in my absence. I constantly receive praise from my family for Ursula’s OUTSTANDING presence and highly requested when they know I have to leave. My children now call Ursula “Aunt Ursula”. It’s hard to put a price on this kind of bond and security we’ve all developed with Ursula. We’ve offered Ursula a VERY GENEROUS package to transition to live in care taker but we understand she has a family of her own. To whoever reads this please know you won’t find a more professional care taker who also brings many valuable skill sets that you didn’t know you needed until she fills that gap. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK MS. URSULA…. We’ll see you soon!!!
