Umida is a professional, responsible, and experienced nanny. I hired her for a short-term position to help my mom take care of our baby while I was traveling. My mom is Chinese and only speaks basic English, but they got along very well. Umida is easy to communicate with, flexible, and willing to adjust her approach based on our routines and preferences. She was also a quick learner and picked up new things easily, even when she hadn't worked with certain baby products or routines before. She was very friendly, patient, and gentle with our baby, and I felt comfortable having her help with the baby. Overall, we had a very positive experience with Umida and would be happy to recommend her to other families looking for a reliable and caring nanny.
