About Uma

I'd describe my personality as creative, thoughtful, and fun. I like working with kids because growing up I had a lot of experience having my own babysitters and relying on them frequently. So I understand the importance of the relationship that can be had. As well I find kids to have the most unique imagination and way of seeing the world. I'm looking for a job a part-time job with kids. I was born and raised in New York so I know the city very well. The first time I was working with kids was when I was volunteering for my old daycare during the summers when I was 12-14. Then through out my teen years I did a bit of babysitting. In my spare time, I like to go to the movies, paint, bake, sew and tap dance. I recently graduated with a film degree and I love talking about movies. One thing you should know about me is I'm very crafty love arts and crafts. I spend a lot of free time crafting. My skills include being resourceful, being organized and engaging.
