In this role, I provided care and support for a 9-year-old boy with ADHD while his parents were at work, running errands, or enjoying personal time. My primary responsibilities included ensuring his safety, assisting with daily tasks, and maintaining a structured routine. This involved helping him with meals, managing his medication schedule, and ensuring he completed homework assignments during the school year. I regularly took him on outings to the park or store, fostering both physical activity and social engagement. Additionally, I effectively managed his mood swings by employing calm and patient techniques tailored to his needs. I also prepared nutritious meals, including lunch and dinner, depending on the time spent with him. Throughout, I worked closely with his parents to implement strategies that supported his learning and emotional well-being.
