About Ty'najah

My name is Ty'Najah . I am 21 years old and I am currently attending Louisiana State University, graduating this May! My major is child and family studies so you can see that my interest lies very heavily in early childhood education and children are a big passion of mine! I work at the preschool/ daycare on campus. I have been working here for four years and I love it. I love working alongside many teachers of all the different age groups in the classroom to better my relationship with children of all ages. These four years have taught me how to care for children: feed them, potty train them, and teach them. Because, before this job, I had never taken care of a child before. So with this job and my education, I have learned a lot about the young child! The job is so rewarding, to see a child come out of their shell and to know that I am contributing to their growth and development. As a childcare provider, I love painting, color, dancing, reading, and playing with the kids.
