About Tyler

With a strong background in education, I hold a Bachelor's in Music Education and recently completed my Master's in Environmental Science and Sustainability at Loyola University Chicago. I have two years of experience as a lead teacher at a nature-based home daycare, working with children aged 3 months to 9 years old, and have served as a head counselor at the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum's summer camp, where I focused on hands-on environmental learning. Additionally, I have experience as a summer camp counselor in California, and I have worked as a nanny during my undergraduate studies. I'm passionate about helping students connect their learning to the natural world and fostering a love for both academic subjects and curiosity about the environment. I am currently seeking tutoring opportunities where I can combine my expertise in music, environmental science, and education to create engaging and meaningful learning experiences for students.
