Nurturing a child's development and making a positive impact on their daily life is my greatest professional passion. I have over four years of experience working with children, including as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), providing structured, reliable, and attentive care. I currently work as a Behavioral Interventionist within a local school district, supporting students with a range of behavioral and developmental needs. This experience allows me to remain calm under pressure and use proactive strategies to create a safe, supportive environment. I am CPR and First Aid certified, with additional training in Safety-Care and crisis management. I engage children through outdoor activities, games, and educational play while maintaining clear expectations. I prioritize communication, have reliable transportation, and am comfortable with pets.
