About Tylecia

I've been working with kids in some capacity for my entire life. I started by working in the Children's Church in my hometown, began babysitting the community kids, became a full-time nanny while finishing my degrees, and have 3 years in schools with my Special Education and Elementary degrees. In my spare time, I like to read or go hiking. I'm also a huge fan of traveling to see my friends and family. My friends and I are big on planning for outdoor events and movie nights. One thing you should know about me is I like to keep things simple. I'm huge on routines because it cuts down anxiety. I love having back up plans because that's a big part of the job. Above all else, this is all done in the name of safety.
