One of her greatest assets is her ability to de-escalate tantrum’s & disagreements. She can be firm but also fair, using positive reinforcement to keep your child(ren) engaged and happy. She isn’t just someone who watches your kids, she’s actively engaged with them. She is just as comfortable playing on the floor as she is ensuring every safety protocol is followed. She is CPR certified & she has a drivers license. Any family member would be lucky to have her.
