I have been a direct support professional for the past 3+ years dealing with all types of clients and managing a house with 4 clients working 80+ hours a week when I work with Sevita home and health care in Minnesota until I just recently moved out the villages to support my mother. The job entailed everything from charting/passing medications on a hourly basis to having to manage mental mood swings. Also I have experience working with fully paralyzed personnel as well. I can work with any type of environment except for cats because of allergy reasons. Also I am a strong male so I can exceed any type of physical requirements. I have a very safe car for transportation if needed. I can cook, clean and socially engage with clients. I also have CPR & first aid & AED certification. Along with a bachelors in business management from southwest Minnesota state university. Thank you!

Turner has been the best choice we have made for my mother’s health. My mom has Parkinson’s and had a very rough fall, resulting in an emergency hip replacement— after she was discharged from her rehabilitation hospital, we struggled to find someone who could help with her care while my father was at work. Parkinson’s makes for a very rough recovery from major surgeries, but my dad described Turner as a “total game changer” in my mother’s recovery. He is consistent and punctual (which was very important to us, after several no-shows from other home-aide companies). But he also has a calm, kind, and patient demeanor, which has been so helpful as my mother has been relearning how to walk and generally use her legs again. Since the accident, my mother has a persistent fear of falling, even when caregivers have been physically supporting her, but she feels very safe with Turner. He’s been great in helping her with her physical therapy exercises and she has made so much progress in her recovery while he has worked with us. I honestly cannot say enough good things about him— if you are looking for someone to care for the ones you love, you would be lucky to have Turner.
