Tugce is a literal gem of a care giver who quickly became an indispensable member of our household. She was extremely patient dealing with my son’s peak separation anxiety and sleep regressions, diligent (but flexible) with his schedule, and was able to keep up with his boundless energy and appetite. All that and she would even leave the house cleaner than when she arrived! As a first time mom it felt impossible to let the care giving reins go, but she made it so much easier.
