Finding a nanny who truly aligns with your family’s needs and values is a rare gift, and Tshepho has been nothing short of exceptional for us. From the moment she joined our family when our son was just 5 months old, she has been an irreplaceable part of our parenting team. Tshepho’s expertise in sleep training has been a game-changer for us. She approached this task with a calm and patient demeanor that not only helped our son develop a consistent sleep and nap routine but also made the process smooth and stress-free for us. What stands out most about Tshepho is her remarkable balance between structure and fun. She maintains a routine that provides our son with the stability he needs while also introducing playful activities that keep him engaged and happy. Her ability to adapt and ensure that every developmental milestone is met without us even having to ask is a testament to her incredible expertise. Her guidance has played a crucial role in advancing our son's fine and gross motor skills, social and emotional development, and fostering his early language skills. Truly, all of his development milestones were achieved with Tshepho's expert guidance. Tshepho’s calm and nurturing presence has been the greatest asset to our family. Her intuitive understanding of our son’s needs and her proactive approach to his development have made her an invaluable part of our parenting journey. We are incredibly grateful for the time she has spent with us and the positive impact she has had on our son’s growth and our family. Although our financial situation is changing, and we regret that we cannot continue working with Tshepho at this time, we sincerely hope to have the opportunity to work with her again in the future. Tshepho has been an amazing addition to our family, and we cannot recommend her highly enough.
