Hiring Trynity was the best decision we made. She worked with us for over a year, starting from when my son was 4 months old. She's the most trustworthy, dependable, and caring nanny that I could have asked for. I completely trust her with my child and my home. She's never missed a day of work, irrespective of the weather and irrespective of my son being sick. She worked with my son on age appropriate exercises, engaged him with books, and took him out on walks. I credit her in large part for helping him meet and exceed all his developmental milestones. At a time when I was very concerned about low birth-weight baby's growth she even accommodated his erratic feeding and sleep schedule and difficult sleep habits to make sure that he fed and rested and grew well. Later, she helped establish a schedule, sleep train him, and train him to self-feed solids. We recently started daycare for our son, but we would keep Trynity with us forever if we could :)
