Hi My name is Trudi I have successfully raised three children whom are now adults. As an extension of childcare, I have always enjoyed just being around children of family and friends and teaching them the knowledge I've learned over the years. I like to provide my young ones with lots of outdoor time with visits to the park, the library and maybe even the grocery store, as there are always magic opportunities to learn from their environment at every turn. At home with them, I follow the children's interest, for example reading stories, making playdough, going through phonics flashcards, having story time, cooking, and art projects. Walks in the neighborhood can provide an adventurous chance to gather artifacts from nature to add to our projects at home.
