We’ve been fortunate to have Margaret in our lives for over two years, specifically helping care for both our infants into toddlerhood in two separate nanny shares. We can say, without a shadow of a doubt, that bringing her on would be the right decision for you and your family. Both our children absolutely adore her, lighting up when she enters the room. She made it such an easy transition as first time parents leaving our first in care, so much so that we wanted to keep her when we had her second to join a new nanny share. She helped our overly tired parent brains stay on top of everything going, empathized with us, and on top of that was amazing with our kiddos. Margaret’s strengths are her genuine care for children, her patience, and her ability to meet them where they are. She really loves these kids, and they truly love her back. Navigating a nanny share can be challenging but she did an incredible job balancing the needs of both our family’s with grace and professionalism. She has helped consult with us as the kids grew in areas we’ve needed help with like toddlers' big feelings and navigating healthy boundaries in a way that helps your kiddos understand what’s not okay while also working through their feelings with empathy and care. We recommend her without hesitation to anyone lucky enough to have her.
