After many babysitting jobs throughout Jr Na Sr high school, I first worked professionally with children at 17, fresh out of high school. My first Preschool teaching position was at one of the top childcare centers in the Indianapolis area. Since that time, I have cared for children professionally both in childcare facilities and as a private nanny. In my "off" years, I was a full time stay-at-home, homeschooling mother. After my first grandchild arrived 8 weeks early with a compromised immune system due to prematurity, I had the honor of keeping her during her 1st year while her parents both worked FT outside of the home.
