About Trisha

Hi! I'm Trisha, an experienced childcare professional and educator who has worked with children since I began babysitting at age 12. My experience includes infant care, Pre-K, YMCA childcare, swim instruction, elementary Special Education, and private care for children with special needs, including summer breaks and family vacations. I'm also a certified Educational Diagnostician with a Master's in Special Education and 9+ years of teaching experience. I'm caring, patient, calm, dependable, and resourceful. I enjoy getting to know each child's personality, strengths, and needs while creating a safe, fun, supportive environment. I can help with routines, homework, learning activities, organization, and independence. I especially enjoy supporting children with autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and other unique needs. Outside of work, I enjoy family time, my grandkids, travel, hiking, swimming, crafting, organizing, working out, and relaxing with a good show or movie.
