About Tressa

I have graduated from University of Saint Joseph with my masters in Education and with 2 years experience in working full-time as a reading interventionist for children in grades kindergarten through second grade. I graduated from my undergrad with a certification in early childhood education and sociology. I am looking for a tutor job near West Hartford, CT. This past year I taught first grade in Windsor, CT. I love first grade because I can see how much growth they make in reading. That is the year they learn all their initial skills needed for a fluent reader who can comprehend their reading. I have experience in teaching reading to kindergarten, first and second graders. I would love to help your child learn and love to read!
