With over 15 years of dedicated experience in the field of Early Childhood Education, I am deeply passionate about fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. I have had the pleasure of working with children ages 6 weeks to 6 years old. My extensive experience has allowed me to lead programs based on various educational approaches, particularly the Reggio Emilia and Montessori methodologies. I have found that both approaches emphasize child-centered learning and exploration, which resonate deeply with my educational philosophy. I am committed to creating engaging, hands-on experiences that encourage creativity and critical thinking in young learners. As a self-starter, I have developed strong organizational skills that enable me to effectively manage my time & coordinate activities independently. I take pride in my ability to create structured yet flexible learning environments where children feel safe to explore and express themselves.
