Tran is a breath of fresh air for us. She came eager to play and interact with our daughter. With her experience in childcare and child development, she is a natural with kids and facilitates a good dynamic. My daughter didn't even cry when we left. We left her a detailed "routine" and she followed it and was able to adjust/make decisions without calling us while we were away. Definitely recommend her, Thanks Tran - we'll be calling you soon.
