About Tranee

I am a compassionate and dependable caregiver with many years of hands-on experience working with children. As a mother of two adult children with special needs, I have developed deep patience, understanding, and a nurturing approach to meeting each child's unique needs. In addition to caring for my own children, I have assisted several families with the care of their children and have served as a lead teacher in my church's children's ministry. These experiences have strengthened my ability to create a safe, structured, and loving environment where children can feel secure, learn, and grow. I believe in partnering with parents and respecting the routines and expectations they set for their home. I am happy to enforce household rules and communicate with parents in whatever way they prefer to ensure their child receives consistent care. My goal is always to provide dependable, loving care while helping children feel supported, valued, and encouraged.
