About Tracy

I've been caring for children for over a decade because I'm passionate about helping them grow and develop. I believe every child deserves a chance to thrive, and I'm committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment where they can learn and explore. I'm patient, calm, and creative, and I have a natural ability to connect with children. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules and routines, and I believe in open communication with parents about their child's day. I'm always happy to provide verbal updates at pickup, and I'm also available for regular text or phone call updates. In addition to my experience, I have a graduate degree in a field related to child development, and I've completed coursework in early child development. I'm also CPR and First Aid certified, and I have a car. I'm happy to help with cooking and meal preparation, as well as crafts and other activities. I'm comfortable caring for children of all ages, from infants to teenagers.
