I have worked in the medical field for 20 years. I have a lot of experience with the elderly and Alzheimer's patients. I am available for interviews, as I have just finished up my most recent job this week. I love working with the elderly and I am very compassionate to their needs whether it be cooking, shopping or anything that makes them smile.

Tracy came into our lives at a time when my mother was beginning to decline both physically and mentally. She was originally brought on board to help ensure my mother’s day started smoothly and in a routine manner. Very quickly, Tracy became a linchpin of communication for our family, friends, and medical staff.

As my mother progressed through home hospice, Tracey became an integral part of her care team, using her experience and insight to guide us through difficult decisions and everyday care. Although she was initially hired as a part-time companion and aide, she naturally took on the operational tasks required to ensure my mother’s needs were consistently met.

In short, Tracey was a blessing to my mother and our family. Knowing she was there brought us comfort and peace of mind. I have already recommended her to two of my colleagues who have elderly parents in future need of additional support, and I would wholeheartedly do so again. You could not find a more dedicated, compassionate, and capable caretaker for your loved one.

Tracy is absolutely FANTASTIC!  We hired Tracy to provide care for my sister with Alzheimer's disease at a stage where she needed the help, but was VERY resistant in the beginning, which would have been enough to scare other caregivers away, but Tracy found ways to work with my sister that we weren't able to.  Her care, love and compassion was amazing, along with her ability to analyze a situation and address it accordingly.  She communicated with us daily if not several times a day, which allowed us to have peace of mind in knowing what was happening. We are sad that my sister will no longer have Tracy in her life due to her decline and need for full time care in a memory care facility.  She definitely made a difference in my sister's world and made it as enjoyable as could be!  For us, Tracy will always be family!

Tracy provided in-home care giving services from the beginning of June into September of 2022. She provided daytime care for my mother (age 98) who was battling dementia and could only walk with the aid of a walker before she became wheelchair bond after a hospital stay. Tracy did the grocery shopping, prepared all meals, managed medications, take mom to doctors appointments, laundry, housekeeping, assisted with dressing, bathing, toileting, and transferring support.  When my mother become severely impacted she took her to the ER and stay with her until she was admitted, since I am 1,000 miles away.  I know my mother was in good hands until I could arrive a day later.  Tracy is punctual, respectful, patient, good communicator, a great listener, perfect companion; she is focused on the patient's well-being, offers ideas and suggestions based on her various experiences, yet understands the decision is up to the client. My mother looked forward to seeing her each day. We highly recommend

I hired Tracy to help care for my parents.  She quickly became a perfect fit for them in many ways and that was such a huge relief for a concerned daughter who lived 1100 miles away.  She did whatever she was asked to do and even helped out in areas where she wasn't.   She gave us 110%. She effectively communicated with me on any issues that usually included suggestions for improvement.  In the end, she was even helped me/managed options to get additional care outside of her work hours.

Tracy is an excellent caregiver. She is knowledgeable, caring, and proactive. She was very able to anticipate and respond positively to my husband's needs and concerns.

Over the past several years, we have had several care givers.  By far - Tracy was the absolute best.  She went above and beyond for our father on a regular basis.   She didn't just attend to his basic needs - she took care of the little things that we didn't even ask of her.  She is one of a kind and she truly cares about the individual and that is hard to find in most caregivers.  I would recommend Tracy without hesitation.

Tracy took care of my mother.    I highly recommend her.   She took care of my mother very well.  She is reliable, honest, keeps a clean house and takes great care of her patients.  My mother is not an easy patient and Tracy was able to take care of anything that was necessary -- even getting her to eat when no-one else could.
