About Tracy

I am a director at a nonprofit agency and I care for individuals that are seniors and young adults. Some of our individuals have developmental disabilities, dementia and various medical conditions. I started my career in this field over 25 years ago. I teach these individuals daily living skills, help them bathe, take them on medical appointments, administer medication, clean their homes, cook for them and take them out on recreational activities. I oversee the Nursing staff, Psychologists and Direct Support Professionals. I am very hands on with all the above task. I am outgoing, patient and kind. I enjoy caring for seniors and young adults, because this is what I do on a daily basis for the past 25 years. I enjoy spending my spare time with my family. I would like all families to know that their loved ones would be In Good hands with me. I will ensure their health and safety at all times. My top 3 senior care skills are; caring for others, good communication and friendliness.
