About Tracy

Although I've never cared for seniors in a professional capacity I have been caring for my own family members and services offered through my church. I cared for my grandmother for several years after she was diagnosed with Alzheimer's and assisted in care for my dad with a long battle of Parkinson's and Alzheimer's until he passed in 2017. I have found while running errands, trips to the doctor, cleaning house, or doing laundry are all practical necessities, the one thing that these precious people in our lives cherish most is companionship. After years of visiting loved ones in assisted living or nursing home environments, I've come to see what a difference even the smallest act of kindness can make in their lives, just to have someone there, someone to sit down and eat a meal with or watch TV, someone to talk to, someone who cares. I would like to be that 'someone' and share the compassion and love in my heart to make a difference in someone's life.
