I can't tell you how wonderful Tracy is!!! I needed caregiver help right away when my mother returned home from the hospital, so I reached out to Tracy and she made the effort to come over to our home on a Friday evening and spent an hour with us just chatting and getting to know my mom before her shift would start the next day. By the time Tracy left, my mother was saying how excited she was to spend a full day with her!She has a wonderful sense of humor and you can see how much she loves her work and how she cares for her clients. I felt instantly at ease leaving Mom in her care and knew she would be safe because Tracy had the experience of caring for someone with a fracture. When we asked her back for a second shift, upon arriving, she asked my mom right away, "Did you have hot chocolate yet?" and when my mother answered no, Tracy said "Well that is what we are going to do first...." -It almost made me cry because it was so personal and warm, clearly showing that Tracy remembers special details about her clients that help them feel secure and cared for. If I could choose Tracy for a friend, I would! Her energy and positivity is infectious and I would be happy to have her back for mom again and again! And probably will!!!! I never want to lose our connection! I am grateful I was able to find someone like Tracy so quickly and easily. Just like leaving your children, it feels as scary leaving your parents when in need, and I never felt that for a second once Tracy walked in the door. She definitely is a wonderful caregiver and companion! Thank you Tracy!!!!
