About Tracy

Hi! I'm Tracy, and working with kids is truly my passion. I'm a paraeducator with experience supporting students in both PGCPS and MCPS, working with children from early elementary through upper grades. I help with small groups, academics, behavior support, and most importantly, building kids' confidence. I have an associate's degree in Secondary Education and am currently working toward my bachelor's in English. Being in schools every day has taught me patience, creativity, and how to meet each child exactly where they are. My style is calm, friendly, and structured. I'm great with routines, homework help, reading practice, and keeping kids engaged in fun, educational ways. I communicate well with parents and give regular updates. I'm bilingual in English and Spanish, have my own car, and I'm comfortable with pets. I'd love to support your family and make your day a little easier!
