Tracy has been watching our 2 children (4 year old boy and 13 month old girl) for about 2 months (40 hours/week). During that time, she has been wonderful and so flexible! She has always been early or on time, never once late. She is great with the kids, and they really love her. Our son loves that she's engaged with him, even getting in the pool to swim! Tracy is very health conscious, and will ensure the kids eat food that is genuinely good for them, not just something easy. She is gentle and kind, has been more than willing to stay late or come early to accommodate last minute needs. She shares a genuine passion for ensuring that the children have what they need both physically and educationally. When there is downtime, she has taken it upon herself to ensure that our floors are steam cleaned regularly! We are taking some time over the summer for vacation and family, and then our kids will be going back to day care, but we will very much miss having Tracy here with the kids!
