Tracy cared for my two daughters and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She was reliable, warm, and genuinely invested in the girls from day one. She handled all the daily essentials with ease, making lunches and snacks, bathing the girls when needed, and managing school pickups. But what set her apart was how thoughtfully she filled their days. She created and led developmentally appropriate learning activities, read with them constantly, and took them to structured classes at the library. We were truly never at a loss for things to do: splash pads, lots of imaginative play with their own toys, and dependable drop-offs and pickups for ballet and gymnastics. She also kept the house tidy when time allowed and would even get a little laundry done while the girls were happily playing on their own or napping. Our family was always glad to provide Tracy a $100 monthly gas card — she more than earned it. Any family would be lucky to have her.
