Hello! I am Tracy, a dedicated childcare professional with a rich background spanning several roles over the past 20 years. My journey includes four fulfilling years as the primary teacher in a preschool, where I played a pivotal role in shaping the early educational experiences of young minds. Beyond the classroom, I served as the director of a theatrically based aftercare program for an impressive 3-year duration. This role allowed me to foster creativity and self-expression.
