About Tracy

My name is Tracy, I have over 20 years of professional caregiving experience. I began my career in Seattle in 1986 as an attending counselor three at fircrest School where I worked with children and adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Since then I have dedicated my career to helping individuals maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. I specialize in dementia and Alzheimer's care and have extensive experience providing compassionate, patient-centered support to seniors and individuals with cognitive impairments. My caregiving skills include personal care, bathing and grooming assistance, safe transfers and mobility support, med reminders, meal planning, and cooking, lighthouse keeping, compassionship, and assistance with daily activities. Families animals are always a plus for me
